The online consultation link has been sent to your email. We will contact you 10 minutes before the consultation begins and resend the link. Alternatively, we may cancel the consultation if we determine that we are unable to help you.
In the meantime...
Step 3/3. Please read these 4 simple rules to prepare for the consultation and avoid any misunderstandings.
1. Resolve all technical issues in advance.
The call will take place on Zoom. If you are joining from a computer, no installation is required. If you are using a phone, you will need to download and install the Zoom app in advance. For convenience, it's best to do this right away. Please choose your device:
The consultation time is reserved for discussion, not for resolving technical issues. To ensure you get the most out of your session, we highly recommend addressing any technical concerns beforehand.
If you are unable to install the app, please find an alternative device and ensure that the Meet app is installed on your phone before the consultation.
The consultation will be conducted via video call and, with your permission, it will be recorded for quality purposes. The recording will remain within the company and will not be shared externally.
2. Notify about changes at least 24 hours before the start
We understand that situations can change, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. However, since we can’t read minds (not yet, at least), we kindly ask that you inform us of any changes in advance.
We make exceptions for those who, in such situations, show respect for our time.
Therefore, there are certain guidelines to follow in order to ensure that our relationship remains positive:
